3. Delivery

• If Authority to Leave has not been provided, we will attempt to contact you. If we cannot reach you, your order will be returned and a $10 cancellation fee may apply.

• If we cannot locate or access your delivery address, or contact you to arrange an alternative, your order will be returned and a $10 cancellation fee may apply.

• Seasia Foods reserves the right to decline an order or refuse delivery if payment is not made in full.

5. Returns and Refunds

• No returns will be accepted without prior authorisation.

• Refund requests for perishable goods must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
