Deliveries

• All orders are delivered within 48 hours provided stock is available
  

• You’ll receive a notification before delivery, and again when we arrive.
  

• If you’re unavailable, we’ll contact you to arrange leaving your order in a safe place on your property.
  

• Delivery radius: within 18km of Sydney CBD. (We regret this temporary limitation and look forward to extending our service again soon.)
  
  

Delivery Conditions

• Free delivery for orders over $160 within 18km of Sydney CBD.
  

• Flat fee $10 for orders under $160.
  

• Minimum order: $80.
  

• Deliveries are made between 10am – 6pm within 48 hours.
  

• Have special instructions? Just add a note at checkout and we’ll take care of it.

Curbside Pickup

Prefer to collect your order? Use our curbside pickup service for convenience and reduced costs.

How it works:

1. Place and pay for your order online.
   

2. Our personal shoppers prepare it for collection.
   

3. We’ll notify you when it’s ready, along with pickup details.
   

4. Arrive at the location, call us, and our staff will bring your order to your car.

Every order is picked and packed on the day of delivery to guarantee freshness and efficiency.
