DELIVERY

Our deliveries are made within 48 hours of your order. We will notify you ahead of delivery and also when we arrive. If you are unavailable to receive your package we will make contact with you to leave your package in a safe place on your property before leaving.

Please note: As a result of recent from petrol price pressures we have reduced our delivery radius to 15km of Sydney CBD. Regrettably this change excludes some of our customers and we look forward to being able to return our service to you shortly.

Our delivery conditions

• Free delivery for all orders over $120 to Sydney Metropolitan suburbs within 15km of Sydney CBD.
• Flat delivery fee of $10 for all orders under $120.
• A minimum order of $60 applies to all our orders.

We deliver within 48 hours between 10am and 6pm.

If you have any special requests regarding your delivery, simply leave a note upon checkout and leave the rest to us!

Curbside Pick up

As an alternative to having your shopping shipped to your home, you can use our curbside pickup service to buy items online and collect them from one of our locations.

When you arrive at location, send a message to notify your arrival and one of our colleagues will assist you with your order . All in all, it's a great way to reduce shipping costs and minimize person-to-person interactions without compromising on convenience or flexibility.

An Overview of how or curbside pickup experience works:

1. Place an order on Seasia Foods and pay online as you normally would.
2. Once we receive your order, our personal shoppers will begin preparing it ready for collection.
3. We'll contact you when it’s ready for pickup and provide any other relevant instructions (such as our shop hours and phone number to call when you arrive).
4. You then come to pick up your order. Call to notify of your arrival and a staff member will bring your order to your car.
5. That’s it, you're done!
