If you are not satisfied with the quality of the products we deliver for any reason, we will happily refund you for the value of the product. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your delivery, please let us know at email@example.com within 24 hours of delivery.
Special notes on replacement and refunds
Any refund requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
Refunds will be processed via the original method of payment.
We may ask for photos of items for any quality concerns.
Refunds will only be issued if you receive a product(s) that is damaged, missing, expired, defective or for any other quality issue.We will not provide a refund or return where you have changed your mind about products purchased.
Replacements and Substitutions
If your desired item is unavailable (due to stock issues or any other reason) we will replace it with a substituted item based on the product type and size of equal or greater value.
If for whatever reason you are unhappy with the substituted item, let us know and we will organise a replacement or organise a refund for you.
